almostdead	I believe that he likes them, but he just has so many problems he's dealing with right now... Namely Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, etc... I bet right now, it's all down to money issues, and if he helps the New Orleans people(not just blacks, but whites, reds, yellows, EVERYONE there) then the gas prices are going to go up, there will be cutbacks in other areas....
