Healing Oneself

Hi Just Me
The body gets sick to let you know you have toxins in the blood. It needs to rest to heal the issue you have created. Whether it's too much Pepsi, stress, or not enough water and nutrients. The body gives us signals all the time (if we are unbalanced) and its a matter of paying attention to them.
Here are are some ideas to heal the issue.
1.Juices for Colds: Carrot & Garlic, carrot, grapefruit, lemon.
2.Vegetables for Colds: Carrots, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, collards, kale, spinach, turnip greens.
3.Apples: Research has proven daily apple-eaters show a reduced incidence of colds and other minor upper respiratory ailments.
4.Grapefruit: Grapefruit rinds can be dried and later used for colds. A tea is made by steeping a teaspoonful of the dried grated rind in a cup of water and drinking a cup each hour until relief is obtained.
5.Ginger: Ginger tea is commonly used for indigestion, cramps, and nausea. One ounce of the fresh root is grated into a pint of boiling water. You can add honey and lemon to this to make quite a nice drink; this also helps break up colds and flu.
Quick Action Steps for Treating/Preventing Colds and Flu
As with all other disease conditions, prevention is the best way to deal with colds and flu. In this case, prevention means improving the health of your immune system so that it can swiftly respond to attacking Cold And Flu viruses and eliminate them before you develop any symptoms. The following recommendations can help you do so:
1. To prevent colds and flu, be sure you get enough sleep each night and minimize stress. Also be sure to wash your hands throughout the day and avoid rubbing your eyes, nose, and mouth.
2. Eat lots of fresh, organic vegetables and drink plenty of pure, filtered water and fresh-squeezed vegetable juices throughout the day, and avoid processed foods, and foods containing sugar and simple carbohydrates, as well as milk and dairy products, and wheat and grains.
3. Take a daily high potency Multivitamin/multimineral supplement.
4. Engage in regular exercise. One of the easiest and most effective exercises for all age groups is a daily 45 minute walk, which can dramatically boost NK cells and help keep your body’s lymphatic system free of toxic waste buildup. Yoga, particular the “cobra pose,” is also useful for keeping your respiratory tract healthy. To perform the cobra pose, lie on your stomach and raise your upper body backwards off the ground, bending at the waist as you inhale deeply. Hold this position for five seconds as you continue breathing. Then, as you exhale, return to your starting position. Repeat five to ten times. This exercise helps to expand your chest and lungs and can free up trapped mucus and phlegm.
5. At the first sign of a cold or flu, supplement with Vitamin A, vitamin C, Garlic capsules, Selenium, Zinc and N-acetyl-Cysteine (NAC). Colloidal silver can also be very effective.
6. Helpful herbal remedies include Astragalus, cayenne pepper, Echinacea, Goldenseal, Licorice, Lomatium, and St. John’s wort.
7. At the first onset of symptoms take the homeopathic remedy Oscillococcinum (six pellets under the tongue every six hours).
8. Should you develop congestion in your sinuses or chest, massage your chest with Menthol-based lotion or ointment (avoid products that contain petroleum) before you go to sleep. This will help clear your air pathways and increase the supply of blood to your thalamus, one of the organs that controls your immune system.
9. Throughout the day, tap your chest over your thymus gland, located in the center of your chest approximately one inch below your collarbone. This will help to stimulate your thymus gland, which in turn will help to boost your immune function.
Best of health to you

Let me ask you a question. Why would you drink Soda which is high in sugar, if you have a problem with blood sugar?
Some of what you described are diabetic symptoms. Go see a doctor.

Well soda is nothing more than sugar water. If your not supposed to have alot of sugar, you need to stop drinking Pepsi. It has no nutritional value, start drinking water.

Flu-like symptoms are "one" of the side effects of Zonisamide. Also be sure to drink lots of water when taking it to reduce the risk of kidney stones. Read the precautionary information that is provided with Zonisamide or talk to the pharmacists about interactions with other elements and the side effects.

I'm sorry you are sick. Since you have a 'low grade fever' it is not a 'Pepsi overdose' that is causing you to feel this badly, but drinking too much of any soft drink (including a diet soft drink) can make you feel WORSE. As long as you are feeling ill, don't drink ANY soft drink (or even 'sparkling water) ... and after you feel better, please LIMIT yourself to no more than one 12 ounce can of all soft drinks in a 24 hour period. This may also help with your 'female' problem ... and if you continue to feel sick, talk to your doctor and see if you couldn't be having 'bad side effects' from the medication you are on ... that is much more likely with the symptoms you described. Meanwhile, drink at least a gallon of water (but no more than that) every day, but don't eat the eggs ... try toast, applesauce, and rice, since they are all very 'mild' and also somewhat 'binding' which may help your stomach cramps, since I'll bet your 'bowels' are also 'loose' ...

I don't know I have only heard of large amounts of Pepsi causing horrible stomach aches and a little vomiting, but it could possibly
be the Pepsi look up whatever you've got on Wikipedia, if you look it up look at the causes of it. There could be NO article on it on Wikipedia if theres not idk. Make sure you spell it right of you search it on Wiki.

there may be various reasons as to why you have a fever....please stop drinking soda in general....soda is extremely harmful for your body....there are so many other healthy alternatives....
-fresh juice you can make with a juice machine
-water with lemon in it
-mineral water
-seltzer water
-teas without sugar, but honey instead
-organic juices you can buy at a supermarket
-Soy milk

With trouble with blood sugar, any soda- such as Pepsi- can be a problem.
Water is good, and perhaps some light toast will help. Have you tried using Cinnamon or almonds to help level out your blood sugar? There are a number of diabetics in my family who do that successfully. But I really don't know how that relates to polycistic ovarian syndrome, or how it will react to your medicine.
Feel better, Honey. And if you don't, contact your doctor.

That might be the problem.
Or, you might have eaten something bad, and got food poisoning.
It is also the time of the year where flu comes around, keep that in mind.

It is very possible. No one should drink most sodas anyway. Read the chemicals on the label. Type one or two of them into Yahoo search and you may stop yourself. HIGH FUCTOSE CORN SYRUP is a good start.

It is possible to OD on caffeine that is in the pepsi, but you would have to drink an insane amount for that to happen.
I would guess you just have the flu or something.
