Your body's way of ridding itself of poison.

I had the same thing happen to me about 10 years ago. It's the only time I ever smoked. It was a Menthol cigarette and I got nauseous and threw up. I wasn't even drinking. I think it's because your body is not used to the toxins. No real loss, smoking is no good, not even occasionally.

mc
Because smoking is bad for you.

Your body is not used to the Nicotine rush. Try to take shallower inhales.

Same thing happens to me. Some people tolerate Nicotine different than others. Chewing does the same thing. I guess tobacco started as a ritual thing and got out of hand. No problem, you don't need it.

DEAR YOU SMOKED 3 MALBOROS
IT IS SIMILAR TO THE INCIDENT if somebody press your neck for 10 to fifteen minutes ,,that means somebody makes you choked ,and there was lack of oxygen
also smoke is cancerous irritant ,
that makes you cough and cough
leave it or after some decades you may have to leave

Do you really want to do this. When the whole world is trying to be smoke free

Thats your body telling you that it doesn't want cigarrettes

listen to your body, with this topic it's right on the money

I quit after 55 years and a 5 pack a day habit, now on oxygen
and asthma meds, because I didn't listen to my body. Lost a lot of quality of life functions

I threw up once after smoking a malboro red, which I think is the strongest one in that brand- although strength is only judged by how many holes are in the paper around the filter. I smoke a lighter one which are just as bad but you don't get the same levels of Nicotine and I don't feel sick but wish I had never taken up smoking. I'm trying to quit but quitting is a lot harder than actually smoking cigarettes. I guess if you really want to take up this bad and disgusting habit try a lighter cigarette but I really recommend not doing it at all.

You get a nicotene rush and a lack of oxygen to the brain. Some people get relaxed by this, others get nausheous, like any drug it affects people differently.
