no, you probably wont need surgery. there's nothing to really remove or fix. besides i had those when i was about 6 years old. all i did was go to the hospital, check up, and they gave me some medicine and drops. also when you get a pink eye, make sure you get a rag and put hot water on it. place it over your pink eye and it'll help. no worries k? just check up on it once in a while, take your medicines, and put a warm rag or cloth over the eye...

No, but you need to find the source for the recurring infection. If you haven't seen a Doctor tell your parents you need to. If you have, be sure to continue with your drops for the entire time prescribed. If you wear contacts, always discard the pair you wore prior to the infection and start with a fresh pair once it is cleared up.
