there are 2 possibilities you might want ti go to the doctors bc it might be Mono! Mono is a illness passed by saliva. Have you been kissing anyone lately? or you might just be low in iron! try eating more foods with iron like kidney beans. I mean it you might want to check if its mono!

you might actually be tired because you sleep too much... you might also want to try and have a nice big breakfast and drink a good amount of water throughout the day. =] also you could try to exercise before you start the day.

oversleeping can make you tired. lack of exercise compounds that feeling. force yourself to sneak in some exercise and limit sleep time to 8 hours. if a month of solid effort doesn't change the feeling, ask a doctor. good luck!

sounds exactly like me, I sleep 8 hours everynight, come home from school and I HAVE to have atleast a 3 hour nap in order to function. I'm also depressed. My doctor has no idea whats wrong with me. You could have your Thyroid checked, because thats usually what makes people really tired. Also, your Iron levels. Good luck, and if you find a cure PLEASE let me know!!!

You may be tired for numerous reasons. You can go to WebMD and list all of the symptoms you are experiencing and hope you get the correct diagnosis. Your best bet is to make an appointment to discuss it with your doctor. Early detection of any health issue can be the difference of life or death. Of course I'm not saying that your life is at risk but why waste even a minute feeling tired?

you probably dont eat healthy plus you need to burn energy. that tiredness is sometimes because your body stores so much energy that it makes you feel tire. try running. running relaxes you and keeps your stress lower. if you are the whole day in school and lets say that you do all school work sometimes that makes you tire and the only thing that can help you there is exercise. you can do this vise versa if you are tire of doing exercise alit reading helps you relax. trust me it works well and is healthy, but dont over do it start little by little. good luck!

you can be either depressed, pregnant, or suffering from that because of your poor diet...I use to get like that until I picked up my diet in a healthy way and started excersizing more. I found things to do that would lift my spirit...I suggest you do the same. get an energy drink, drink lots of water and add more fruits and vegtable to your diet, take your vitamins, workout

Everyone has a tendency to stay up too late over the weekends. Any amount of lost sleep is permanently lost and you will remain deprived of that sleep. It sounds ridiculous because you usually replenish this lost sleep by sleeping in, but because you shifted your typical sleep schedule, your body becomes overly tired. I read this in a medical magazine. You should get the same amount of sleep each day.
