What cheers you up when you're sad?

When I am sad music always cheers me up, and playing video games and just chilling out in my room. When something that is really making me sad and nothing else seems to work I go onto yahoo answers and myspace and switch between them. I go onto my blog on myspace and just type what I am feeling, sorta like a journal but typing is so much better. When I am sad sometimes I get insperationa and I start writing poetry. |

knowing that im blessed.....painting I found to really brighten up my day...try a new hobby......and just surround myself with positive things and people.....or try looking in the mirror and try laughing at yourself ...because at the end of the day there is probably no real reason for you be to sad ....and if it get to the point that you cant take it or deal with the saddness on your own see your doctor asap....depression is a sickness |

If you've got nobody to talk to try a therapist. Express yourself through the arts. Write a song, paint a picture, draw or wrie a story Take your anger or sadness out on something |

Stupid people. Usually they just get on my nerves, but when I am sad they are funny to watch and listen to. I mean I guess it maybe an ego trip or something but I find them so stupid they are actually funny. |
