You are probably over anxious, you should relax and try not to think about tomorrow. I am sure there are some teas you could drink to relax you, but not sure of the names right now.
Try not to eat something spicy at dinner either, if you do and you get nervous that is double hard on your stomach. Good Luck at school tomorrow, I believe you are nervous about school.

are you nervous about something? you could do something soothing right before you go to sleep every night, like listen to relaxing music, maybe that will help. I sleep with music almost every night, and it does seem to help. But... I don't get stomach ache's so I think you should probably tell someone.

You need to find out why school stresses you out so badly!
Start by talking to a school counselor.....if that doesn't help, see a therapist....
Something happened sometime at school to make you afraid....and you need to work it out so you aren't scared any more!

alright, this feeling is probably due to over eating or excessive stress. Dont eat so much and do some thing relaxing like read a book. Light excersice helps, it's nothing to be too concerned about unless symptoms get serious.

Look for patterns, food you eat, how much tv you watch, how much excercise you get and so on.
Are you stressed out about school? Does the severity of the problem change with the amount of homework? Again, look for a pattern. I assume you already know something in that you specified a school night.

It sounds like you are suffering from anxiety. A nervous disorder.
You really need to talk to your doctor about this. Chronic anxiety, if untreated, can lead to more serious illnesses.
In the meantime, try eating something mild just before bed time and see if that helps. If it stops the pain in your stomach, you may have an ulcer.

I went through this same thing about a year ago but it was with my job and not school. The first thing you need to do is find what is triggering these feelings. On the next school day write down any time you may feel scared, stressed, or even nervous. Also in your notes tell what your surroundings are like at the time. Once you are able to pin point the problem you can figure out a way to fix it.

You need to find what you are feeling so anxious about and remember that its not so bad especially if you're not even conscious of what it is. It could be an anxiety disorder, if it continues to disrupt your life you should talk to your doctor.

Well what kind of things are you thinking or worrying about because that is probably the key to why you are having these stomach aches. Are you worried about school and the kids at school, maybe how you are treated? Are you worried about how well you are doing in school? Or are there things going on at home that are stressing you out? Usually stomach aches like that are from worrying so you need to find out what it is you are worrying about and talk to someone. Just talking is one of the greatest forms of therapy.
You may have an anxiety problem that you may need to see a doctor about. If this stomach ache causes you to not enjoy life and is interferring with life then it's important that you get to the bottom of this. Try keeping some Ginger ale and saltine crackers next to your bed. Ginger ale has Ginger in it which helps with stomach aches. You could also get Ginger snap cookies too, that would help. And talk to your mom.

Well, first check if you're eating anything that might affect you in a bad way or if you ate anything recently that started this problem. Then if that isn't the problem, take an examination into your psyche, are these any problems with school that make you nervous or not well in any sort of way? If not then I would suggest taking mild medicines that would help "calm" your stomach. Try different medicines such as Zantac. If NOTHING helps go get it checked out professionally, first medically, then if that doesn't help maybe mentally. If the pain is really that bad I'd go to the doctor's first.

Sounds like you're about to have an anxiety attack. Take a warm tub bath, drink some Herbal Tea, put on soft music then go to bed. Celestial Seasonings puts out a really good tea called, "Tension Tamer".

It sounds like an anxiety disorder. Try going to a therapist and work out all the things at school that make you fearful. (maybe bullies, bad grades, peer rejection) If the therapist wants you take medication, say no until you have been in therapy for quite some time. You may indeed medication but first try and do it without it.

You probably know why you are scared. My guess would be, you didn't do your homework assignments and there might be some consequences. Just tell your parents what's up with you and you will feel more relieved before you go to bed.

Every night, 2-1/2 hours before bed, do something relaxing, like take a hot bath or do simple muscle relaxation excercises, have half glass of wine (if you are old enough) or breathe slowly. Sounds like you have developed a time related stress disorder.
Good luck.

I was like that. I talked with my dad and he told me a story that ended in, "...and this too shall pass." That was about 35 years ago, and it still holds true. No matter what you think will happen at school, it will be over tomorrow afternoon.
His advice was basically to realize that nothing is as bad as it may seem.
Try to relax...I know this is hard! Talk with your parents. You may be surprised at how much they can help you.
I've been there and gotten through it...you can too!
