You need to stop this. Tylenol in excess is very damaging to your liver. Yes, you could end up with a big problem. You now have an addiction and need to see your doctor who at least could prescribe something that won't damage your liver. Its not the Tylenol that you are addicted to, but it is the excess Tylenol that will hurt you. Go to a doctor and tell them you have trouble sleeping.

Yes it will kill you. I have friends who have died suddenly and without warning from failed liver attributed from too may Tylenol.
Schedule and appointment with your doctor, and also a psychiatrist. A psychaitrist is a medical doctor who can prescribe better and stronger meds if needed, and also get at the underlying cause as to what is really wrong with you on an emotional level.
I pray you seek help and find fulfillment in your life.

I'm guessing you already know this behavior is not healthy, so all I can really offer is damage control
The "sleep Aid" in Tylenol PM is the antihistamine diphenhydramine Hcl, so at least do your liver and wallet a favor by buying generic Benadryl instead (little pink pills marketed as Total allergy Relief). That way at least you're not getting the massive doses of Acetaminophen.
The good news is that neither Acetaminophen nor Diphenhydramine are remotely habit forming, so the addiction is all in your head.
The bad news is the same as the good news.

I'm sorry you are having such problems, but YES, you are killing yourself! Tylenol is VERY toxic to your liver, a vital organ you need to stay alive. What you need to do is stop taking Tylenol right away and go see your doctor, or even ER and tell the doctor there what you have been doing. There are safer things you can take to help you sleep. Good luck

It'll be damaging your liver, slowly but surely. Ask your doctor for alternative medication, like Voltarol or Diamorphine.

You're rotting your liver. Try Melatonin or even having a few drinks to get you to sleep. The sickness isn't going to go away for a while, though. As much as it sucks, you've gotta bite the bullet and quit or you'll be facing even worse crap in the future.

Taking 35 of any pills a day is EXTREMELY harmful to your body! It could cause intestinal bleeding, bleeding of your stomach, brain, etc. It can cause a stroke or heart attack. You need to stop taking them. If you feel you are addicted, which it sounds like you might be, you need to talk to a therapist. If you have problems falling asleep or getting tired, try taking Melatonin, a natural sleep aide. It works wonders and it isn't addictive. Also try Magnesium, which makes you tired and is good for your circulatory system.

you should definately see a doctor, because you could be destroying your liver. 35 pills a day is a real problem, and you should get help. its almost like smoking: you cant just stop. you have to ease yourself off, little by little. hopefully a doctor's opinion will help you. good luck. :]

If you are being serious ~ then I think you should call someone for help. No one here can actually help you. Do you have a Doctor? Call them, they can point you in the right direction of how to receive help. Please do not keep doing this to yourself. It is harmful. Even writing something like this as a joke is not a good thing. If you do not have a doctor ~ then go directly to the emergency room ~ tell them what you are doing and they can put you in a ward where you cannot hurt yourself and get someone to help you.

You have a dependency. Dependency is characterized by an increase in your dosage to achieve the same effect-building a tolerance, during times of stress, using to help you cope, and having negative effects when you don't use it-withdrawl.
Seeking professional help is the best advice. By breaking the habit, not only will you stop the damage being done to your body, but it will also increase your self esteem and relieve stress. Talking to a doctor is the best thing you can do. He can direct you to the help you need.
I want you to understand that me, and everyone on Yahoo Answers who cares about their fellow human is behind you 110% percent. Joining a support group is something to increase your chances of success. Things will be tough. Withdrawl can seem worse than just dealing with the damage to your body. Trust, in the long run, things will be better.
You CAN do this. I believe in you.
