Everything you think of, hear of and do... You have an inferiority complex. There are reasons why you feel this way, possibly because of past trauma that made you feel "not good enough." You are suffering from depression, you need to talk to someone. You can email me if you want to, I'd be willing to listen.

Do You Feel
I've had many days like that where it seems like everything is going wrong and i just feel horrible and I don't know why. Then that just makes me feel worst. Just remember that you're never alone because someone else is going through the same things. He is always with you too.

If you are not in puberty, or are pregnant, or have pms you should really look into the things that are going on in your life, and the things that are going on around you.

Make sure it is just sadness, and not a depression. You could visit www.nimh.nih.gov/healthinformation/depre... in order to find out whether or not it is something you should invest in taking care off.

Please take care, and success!

Has anything changed in your life? Like lifestyle, eating habits, exercise, job, etc. If that's not it being sad all the time is not ok. You should seek mental help and see if you can do something about it. Counseling can be free at your local church and they keep things confidential. Good luck. Ask God to help you. He always helps me. He doesn't want us to be sad.

Escaping the present moment is the cause of sadness, because you're forsaking yourself.

Be with the present moment, whatsoever is happening -> be there totally.*

*A problem is if this becomes a concept, it helps you not at all. You have to live it, without a goal.

Crossed Palms
I know who you feel the last week or so I have felt the same way. I always get like this when the weather is crapy or two weeks before I start my period. Sometimes I feel like crying for no reason. I know that if you get some exercise and eat lots of vegies and fruits it can help. Also try doing some yoga classes they are amazing. If none of that helps go talk to a doctor about it. Im sure its nothing to worry about take some time out for yourself and relax a little and dont get stressed out! Hope I helped

you may have some form of depression. people can tell you to cheer up or think of happy things all they want but if you are clinically depressed, you may need medication to help. depression gives you a feeling of profound sadness and hopelessness. everything is an effort. nothing makes you happy. all situations make you sad. maybe medication and talking to a specialist may help. seeing a specialist doesn't always mean a psychologist or psychiatrist...it could be your family doctor, your gynecologist or an internist. they can all prescribe medication for you. depression is actually a disease and needs treatment. for depression you can't just snap out of it so don't feel like you are alone. there are many people that suffer from some form of depression. don't give up. there is an answer somewhere for you. look at medical sites to look up the definitions of depression and see if you have one or more of the symptoms. if you do please consult with your doctor.

We all get down in the dumps once in a while. But if these feelings have been lasting for a while now then I would recommend getting some counseling.

Exercise is good to relieve stress/depression, as is getting involved in activities/hobbies. Sometimes it helps to try to get your mind on new things, experience new things and make new memories. Its hard to do but it works! Maybe join a gym or get a pet and join a pet club or take a cooking class, something that you are interested in may help get your mind focusing on something thats leads to making you happy!

aww. Im so sorry to hear that. if you are a teen like me...then thats a good explanation. I am the same way sometimes. Im sure it happens to everyone. But if it is a serious problem and is interfering with your everyday life, then you might consider seeing a doctor about depression meds. I hear they work really well.

Vitamins and exercise. I know its hard to believe it, but just getting your blood flowing by taking a jog or a bike ride or playing a sport is a GREAT stress / sadness reducer. Also, if your body doesn't have all the nutrients and vitamins it needs, it could manifest as depression.

There could be a lot of reasons for this. You could have an increase in your estregine levels. When hormone levels spike, women tend to get emotional (like pms). Also, you may be suffering from depression. It could be situational depression, which is when someone is under a lot of stress, the stress hormones can effect your brain chemicals (Dopamine, seritonin, and norepineohrine) As the body attempt to regulate itself, sometimes these chemicals can become lowered, causing a form of depression.
Another one is called Clinical depression. This is when your seratonin levels are low. There can be many reasons for this. You may want to talk to your doctor about starting a SSRI (Antidepressants).
Last, you may simply just have a case of the blues. Try journaing. Start off by writing down any major changes that have taken place in your life in the last 6 months ( breakup with a boyfriend, change in carrer, a recent move, ect.) Next write down things that have been bothering you that day,how you reacted, what your feeling at the moment, ect. You can also take note of what is triggering these feelings throughout the day. When your starting to feel blue, write down what you were doing, what time it was, and how you were feeling. After a few days, you may be able to figure out what it is that is upsetting you. You might find a pattern (for instance, you might realize your feeling blue after dinner, and that this is when you used to spend time with your boyfriend) Once you figure out the cause, it will be a lot easier to find a solution.
If after awhile of jouraling your still not feeling better, take your journal to the doctor and show him/her your findings. they can refer you to a specialist who can teach you to cope with these feelings.
Last but not least, talk to a close friends. Explain to them that your not expecting a solution, you just need someone to listen. You might be suprised to see how much better you feel after you get things off your cheast.
Hang in there. 1 in every 3 people gets depression at one point in their life, and it's completely normal. Get support from loved ones, and make sure you do at least 1 nice thing for yourself everyday.
If you need anymore help, please feel free to email me.
Good luck!

PS my spellcheck isn't working, so sorry about any mispellings!
