pregnancy in a dream doesnt have to mean u think your pregnant. it symbolizes rebirth, did u recently get a new job? do you know anyone dying? that could also be symbolized as pregnancy, if you know someone dying it could symbolize that your afraid of loosing that person so u try to hold on to them as long as you can so you can save them.

Well according to my dream book "denoting dreams" it says that if you have a dream of being pregnant then either you or someone close to you is pregnant or may become pregnant. I couldn't find anything on fear of losing baby though....sorry. hope this helps.

I think it may show a fear of getting pregnant. You maybe wanted a baby, but was scared of the consequences yet don't want to let go. Or it could be anxiety of the unknown if you have been trying for a baby, but are not sure if you're ready.
Dreams usually stem from subconscious thoughts deep in your own mind. They don't necessarily mean that it will come true.
