Run to your nearest Ruby Tuesday restaurant, purchase a chocolate oreo fudge tallcake, and eat it all by yourself.
Prepare to go the gym tomorrow.

if you sit and figure it out, you will see what it is.. how old are you, could be hormones... did you break up with someone? how is school? jealous of a friend? how is your homelife? just sit and think, and once you can see what it is, you can work on getting over it.
that or Prozac...jk.

Do you have any idea what makes you feel this way? Do you have a best friend that you can talk to and tell them whats going on. I think you should stop and think about the good things that you have going for you. That should make you feel better, if that doesn't work, do something that you really enjoy!,and instead of doing it alone, get a friend to go with you,so you want be alone.
I hope this helps.

Stay away from alcohol or other drugs which can alter your state of mind.
Consult a professional, such as a family doctor, a psychologist, a counselor, even a rabbi or a priest. Talk to your father or your mother or a family member.
Pray.
Sleep.
Eat well. Not junk food or too much but just enough of the right food. Check with a nutritionalist or family doc.
Read books on mental health. Ask your librarian or just use the computer system or card catalogue if you still live in a remote area with few computers, such as the swamp country of south Georgia (just kidding y'all)...

Find some sunshine. That usually helps me. Try learning something new. Read an uplifting book recommended by a friend or family member. Go for walks and let your mind wander. Go for walks with a friend and chat. Go for a walk or doing some kind of aerobics.

Find something you enjoy doing, and do it. Get a hobby, or call up a friend and ask them to go out and do something. Stay busy, it is the most important thing. When you're not busy, you have too much time to think about what is wrong, instead of thinking of the positives. Only you can pull yourself out of whatever you are feeling, with some help of friends and family.

I just got over one of those. I'm feeling a lot better now that I started doing things to better my life. I started exercising more, eating better, and taking a more optimistic look on life. I know this will sounds lame, but smiling a lot does actually make you feel better. And when you smile, people smile back! That usually makes you feel better about yourself. I also looked at my life and realized that all you ever really have in life is yourself, so you have to learn to love that. You are the most dependable person you know. Hope this helps. =]

Good for you to know that you can change youself. Walk, jog, take the dog out, go volunteer at the local animal shelter. Listen to unlifting music. Take in nature. Little cost to admire a sunrise. Go near water. Learn to meditate. Breathe, very deeply and remember to breathe throughout the day. Good luck.

Try to focus on other people's needs, and get your mind off of yourself...maybe even go out and do something nice for someone else. That is one of the best ways to beat the blues.
Go volunteer at a hospital and see those who have it worse than you....that can help too, but sometimes that can also backfire and make you even more depressed....so be careful on that one!
Here's an easy one.....make yourself a hot fudge sundae!
(comfort food of any sort....whatever is your favorite) Maybe pizza.
Play some games on the computer....at least that gets your mind on something else for awhile. I found a good one at MSN.....called chicktionary...is cute.
Call one of your close relatives just to talk and see how they are......call one who you haven't heard from in a long time.
That's all I've got for now.....but I know what you are going through....I've been through MAJOR depression...it is the pits.
One last one....pray.....talk it over with your best friend Who knows you better than you even know yourself....Jesus.

hi, plenty of physical activity, preferrably with friends. Don't do anything extreme unless ur skilled at it. the excercise or activity will release endorphins in ur body and give you a natural high. Do it with friends, cos then if the activity is not quite up to giving you a high, one of ur friends is bound to be a clown and cheer u up any how. Be good, stay happy.

Well, your using the on line name of "the Devil" -- that's the first thing I'd change!
We are in a spiritual battle every day of our lives -- you decide who your master is, and I'm telling you now -- GOD Almighty is a much better 'master' than the devil will ever be!
Come to the "LIGHT side" and you'll feel better!
