If you get out of the house and it still doesn't work you could have several things wrong with you. One, you could be mildly depressed and not realize it. Two, you could have a vitamin B12 deficiency. It causes you to feel like that. I know because I have it so severely I take 10,000 mcg injections WEEKLY. It boosts my energy level and I feel so much better. You may want to get it checked. A simple blood test will tell.

Go through a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea. People who have sleep apnea stop breathing for 10 to 30 seconds at a time while they are sleeping. these short stops in breathing can happen up to 400 times every night. This causes the person to feel more tired in the morning than the night before bed. I have the condition so I know.

Lets take a good look at your eating habits...did you know that if you take in less carbs you will get weak, but as long as you take in proteins your okay.
Tiredness stems from many things, but lets find a cure today. Start eating properly and get all your veggies in order. red meat twice a week.
Get your rest when you can refrain from sex if your active.
Drink lots of water every day as much as you can swallow down.
Stay away from sodas.
If you don't start feeling better in one week write me back and I'll put you on a better diet.

try to do exercise even when you don't feel like doing anything, at first you'll feel like you're bored and tired but after a couple of minutes you'll feel better and with more energy. It's happen because exercise stimulate your blood to go faster given more oxygen to your cells; making you feel better.

First, make an appointment with your doctor...tell him about your sleep problems and your feelings of not wanting to do anything...it definately sounds like you have some symptoms of depression but you could also have sleep apnea. This means that no matter how much sleeping you do you never feel well rested...there are also several other things to look at like your diet and exercise...what things were you interested in before you started feeling like this?...My best guess is the doctor...hope this helps.

I went through 30 years feeling that way. For me... it turned out to be sleep apnea. I too thought I had pleny of "sleep". It could be many reasons. See an MD. It could be something simple that you don't have to suffer with.
Good luck!

Check your liver at the doctor.
It may be that you need some medication.
Don`t be alarmed it may be that you don`t drink enough water.
Try to drink 2 liters of water a day for a week and then see how it goes.

Try waking up earlier and eat more in the morning. If that doens't work, then look at disgusting pictures of roadkill on the Internet to keep you wide awake for the rest of the day-not that I have tried this.

If you are always tired, have your Thyroid checked. It sounds like you might have an under active Thyroid. Ask your doctor to check this with a simple blood test. If left unchecked, you will not know if you need to take Synthroid to bring your Thyroid levels back to normal.
(Getting more sleep will not cure this problem!!!)

lethargy is sometimes a sign of depression try doing these things every day for a month and see if it makes you feel better...
go for a walk outdoors. it doesnt have to be brisk or anything and not even far... just a half a kilometre will do... just do it every day..
start each day with a large glass of water and drink water before each meal.
eat fresh fruit and vegetables everday whether you want to or not.... try making yourself a platter of fresh fruit and vegies in the morning and then keep it covered in the fridge easy to access when you feel like a snack..
talk to another human being in person every day

Do some simple exercising to get yourself going. Even though it seems like it'd do the complete opposite (tire you out) it will actually leave you feeling energized.
