i cant stand my self in the mirror and some times i feel like i dont know who iam and i dont trust my self ... i cant handel the ppl around me and wen im with my friends even wen im with my family i feel scared

okay here's what you do. dedicate a day to yourself. your self esteem is low. Do a lot of people pick on you? if they do then they are getting to you and you're starting to believe them. So have a day to yourself and just watch your favorite tv show and bundle up with blankets. Do your favorite thing and make yourself look good.

You need to talk to a trusted friend or peer. Your having anxiety attacks. There perfectly normal and there's medication that will make them go away. My cuz has the same thing and he's on medication and doing great =D.

seems like your having a lack of sleep - look at it like this. realistically when you go to sleep nobody will be in the foor suffocating you. that just doesnt happen in the real world. your in your bed safe, theres no enough evil in this world to allow someone to be in "your" room - ie: the world doesnt revolve around you. thus there cant be anyone there.

now when you look in the mirror you do trust yourself. yourself is your mind and your mind is always there and you know secrets about your mind and your mind knows secrets about you so neither your mind or you will ever go against eachother because you both know too much about eachother. so you have to trust yourself. ie you do: otherwise you wouldnt say it by posting it here because your mind would know you done it. so you do trust your mind.

why are you afriad of friends and family. like the first point the world doesnt revolve around you. so nothing bad is set out to go against you. your family trust in you - you must do so in them. have they ever done something so bad to you that you dont trust them. if they have it cannot be that bad - think about it realistically.

This kind of sounds like anxiety to me, but I could be wrong. I have the issues with anxiety disorder and depression, and find that I have that feeling in my stomach of being "scared" sometimes. Kind of like butterflies, but over nothing. This feeling used to follow me around all day, and got to the point where I was an insomniac. I couldn't sleep because all I did was think and worry. I think your best bet would be to find somebody to talk to and maybe talk about getting medication if they find that it's something treatable. Best wishes!

I think you need to talk to someone. This seems serious. A counselor or a doctor will defiantly help. This seems like you have self issues that are serious. Talk to your parents. The only way your going to get help is if you want it. But get help quick this sounds like something that can lead to self injuries.

That sounds like me before I was diagnosed with seizure disorder. You might want to see a neurologist and a psychologist. But stay away from those drug-pushing psychiatrists!

trust me everyone is confused about who they are whether they have the strenghth to admit it or not. take a deep breath and recognize that we are all just doing our best to get by. you may want to look into finding a therapist who cant help shed some light on why you feel this way. which is probably the last thing you want to hear but isnt it better than continuing on the way things are now. at the very least find someone you can be completely honest with and let it OUT !

Don't worry to much about it, people get scared all the time. Maybe something you did in the past, Scared the he.ll out of you, Or maybe you are disappointed in something you or some one else had done, I think that maybe you should see someone about it, but if its a more personal thing, Then just think back to what could be bothering you and forgive yourself for it.

See a therapist or a pastor! It sounds like there are a lot of issues to be worked out, and you need someone who has experience to help you do it.

But never fear--these issues CAN be worked out, with proper help. :)

talk to a counciler it will be hard but just force it out all that your feeling about yourself and others just let it out like a avalance , more than liklty they wont think you are crazy. think of some good things you dont really do or used to do and find a new thing to base yourself on, heance in a way being a different person, getting into drama and acting can be really great, in a way you become someone else at kleast on stage, do good things out of character, write down all the things you do like to do or currently do and differnt things most likely you should get to a doc and see about the possibility of starting you on a anti anxiety medication they take time to take affect but can help. i am not a docter but have seen many shrinks and docs and been on a shitload of meds for a span of a few years in my life, its very important to share your feelings and all that you are experinceing with a docter, but at least in the mean time you have reached out by means of the internet to find a solution thats a 1st step, and you made a rtight choice, next try to get to a doc, not the 1st doc will fix it get a million second opinions if you have to it can take3 time to find the right doc and right counciler for you, just dont give up.

you possibley have an anxiety problem, or paranoia disorder. its not uncommon. make an appointment with a mental health doctor, and go from there. they will be able to get you counciling, and possibly put you on a medication to help you sleep and stablize your mood. good luck.
