Just try and RELAX when you feel it coming and think about something else.....You say you have No future and your 19????? You havnt started yet and your worrying...You have many more years of experiences yet to come, you have just begun, in life there are alot of hurdles to overcome, it will take you a while to settle down because you are still young.......JUST RELAX and enjoy LIFE..........

Take a deep breath. You are going through ALOT right now. It sounds like you have muliple stresses in your life. My advise would be to see a doctor. I experienced something similar about a year ago and was way against taking medication. I realized that was my last resort to sanity. I have been on Effexor- it treats panic disorders, depression and anxiety. It helped me get through that horrible time.

Sounds like stress. Call on your faith and go to your Church. Prayers are answered, Spend some time in praying for Peace of mind for yourself and peaceful relationships with your family. There you will find peace to meditate on the word of God that is why Churches are there. You will find that there will be others that have the same experience as you are having and are out of work, and there homes may be in forclosure. These are difficult times, keep praying and things will change.

You are possibly having a panic attack which are quite normal. You are able to deal with stress on a daily basis and it can be healthy for it keeps you on track. Although when to many things happen you can basically overload and that is what is causing you to get dizzy, probably headaches, and a mild panic attack. Just go to a place that you can relax take time to breathe, it looks at though it won't pass but it will. Your are anxous so you feel like you must do something but really relaxing and waiting for it to pass is the best. I have them quite often and never did before. I am 27 and now I am taking medication for it, for I just have to many things that are stressing my everyday life. You will be fine though, take care and relax sort out things one by one later, for now just breathe. Take care it is normal for alot of people to go about this is is basically a stress overload.

I get that way, too. It will pass when you get a new job. Until then, play some PS or something.

It sounds like you are having an anxiety attack- if it gets any worse go to an urgent care center and they can prescribe something for it to make it easier to deal with...It's perfectly normal when you are under stress to have these attacks-there is nothing wrong with you- it's just the way your brain is responding. Good luck with everything.

You have to read up on the Seven Day Mental Diet written by Emmet Fox.

It does not matter what religion your in. But I suggest you sit down in a relaxed position and meditate. Breathe in and out calmly and blank out your mind of all horrible thoughts. Remember that stress is the silent killer.

Dont go to the Dr that would likely put you on a treadmill of drugs that require only more.

First say determinedly, I feel like ....at this moment & I'm going to enjoy every minute of it then I will let it go. This too shall pass.

This takes away pressure to be sensible when you dont feel sensible... & because you are not piling the original problem with more pressure it will soon pass & when you are calmer this will allow new idea's & solutions pop into your mind.

I'm not asking you to believe me, I say prove me wrong instead. (because it cant be done) LOL

Now give this a go.
You need the atmosphere in the house to change & as the only person you have control over is you (technically) you start with YOU.
Realize your churning emotion, on its own, is added to the dynamics of the home & the kids that need calming.

(Within yourself) say: I bless the whole house & everyone in it for the power of good flowing in them through & for them. I see & feel the harmony within you.

The trick of practicing to smile (including in your eyes takes thought & determination) (A distraction from your pressure)
(Preferably in your own RM or someone might think you need locking up LOL)
The goal is to cut your pressure then to uplift you. Dont look for it, Just practice to allow it to happen.

Thats probably enough to get you started down a new Rd.

I keep in mind that the mind is like a garden & thoughts are seeds.
Food plants & weeds...& the weeds choke out my food.
What we dwell is fertilizing & watering those seeds & making sure they grow. The choice of which ones we feed is ours alone.

Also that the mind is like a computer & we can program anything we like in it & get back answers, to match the same & simlar to the input.
Louise Hay is the author of HEAL YOURSELF see if the library has it. This can help.

Remember THIS TOO WILL PASS.
All the best
