Depends on the individual, but you could get
*High blood pressure
*stomache ache
*nausea / vomitting
*sore throat
and any number of other things although these are most common, it depends where you individually "hold" your stress, it just finds a "weak spot" and even if you think you are holding up, something will give you away

A principal indication of increased stress is an
escalation in your pulse rate; however, a normal pulse rate
doesn't necessarily mean you aren't stressed. Constant
aches and pains, palpitations, anxiety, chronic fatigue,
crying, over or under- eating, frequent infections, and a
decrease in your sexual desire are signs you may notice
which indicate you may be under stress.

The anxiety caused by stress may further present isrelf in the forms of various symptoms such as:
· Diarrhea
· Dry mouth
· Rapid heartbeat or palpitations
· Insomnia
· Irritability or anger
· Inability to concentrate
· Fear of being “crazy”
· Feeling unreal and not in control of your actions (depersonalization)

In so many ways.. I have completely passed out and hit the floor due to stress many times. I spent years suffering from anxiety and stress. It can even give you a heart attack. I am not trying to scare you, but if you feel this strongly about it... you need some help. I teach in my audio course exactly how to stop you anxiety and how to manage your stress. Stress is not all bad. There is good stress and bad stress. You need to educate yourself and learn the right skills that will put you back in control of your life. I encourage you to check out my website at: http://www.attackanxiety.com
The help you need is there.

Also, read my blog... there is a lot of great information for you on there as well.

I wish you well and please have the courage to take that first step toward healing. Until you educate yourself a little, you will continue to suffer. Stress doesn't get better without knowing what to do.

Good luck..

swelling in my hands that looked like arthritis. As soon as I knew what it was it went!

I had skin problems too...like hives on my face....they went.....

I also had it manifest in headaches and problems with my vision.

Your bowels can be sensitive to stress as well causing cramping or constipation.

It can affect you digestion and make you very 'acid'.....leading to ulcers in the stomach.

there are many ways.......

Dry Mouth
Cool skin
Cold hands and feet
Increased sweating
Rapid Breathing
Faster heart beat
Tense Muscles
Feelings of nausea, or 'Butterflies in stomach'
Diarrhea
A desire to urinate
Insomnia
change in appetite
sexual disorders
aches and pains
frequent colds
illnesses such as:
asthma
back pain
digestive problems
headaches
feelings of intense and long-term tiredness

If you are worried talk to a GP and get to meditation classes, art classes, exercise more, concentrate on something or someone else and you will forget your stress.
