just get on a plane and go .but report to your local police station first to get them know you are leaving incase your reported mising and they are looking for you but why would you want to do this any problems you have just try and sort them dont just disappear

Dont tell a soul. Just pick up and move to some no name town far enough away so that there is no chance of running into someone you know now. Start over with a new profession so that you dont have to use referrals.
Make sure all your bills are paid first.

What you can do is delete all myspace, facebook, hotmail accounts. Cancel all credit cards, debit cards. Move to a town in Scottland called Firth of Fourth. Its a town population of 200. But has amazing stores and malls far away. Its literally in the middle of nowhere, and it doesn't show up on GPS, or state maps. Its a way to dissappear. People wont even relize you've gone. Make sure to void your passport when your there, and open up new accounts for everyhting. Hope it helps...

Get your passport and move to another country where you wont need it to more around within other country's like Europe. Change your name get a job and carry on with life like nothing ever happened. Make up a past and dont tell anyone where you are from.
All that anyone would know is that you went to Europe, but over there, you could be anywhere. And once your new identity is established get a new passport under that and and Ta da ! New life completed.

move to the other side of the world and start a new life. get a new job make new friends you might need to learn a new language. just start everything over and don't bring anything with you that reminds you of where you are now because then that's not really getting away. honestly, this sound really amazing right now. i just want to start all over again. this isn't really disappearing from the face of the earth, but i don't think you would actually want to leave earth anyways you just want to leave where you are now. come find me and we will run away together!

If you're serious and want to do it intelligently, pick a city or place you want to live. Check out the cost of an apt there. Save up enough money to get there and to live for a few months while you find a job. While you're saving, you can also start submitting applications and resumes. You don't have to tell anyone where you are going. It's a big country and you'd be hard to find.
Another option would be to just hop a train and get off wherever looks interesting. Again, have traveling money unless you like sleeping on the street, soup kitchens, and dumpster diving. Same holds for ships and planes, but they cost even more. Out of the country... make sure you check out the conversion rate of money, and give some thought to language.
Of course, you could be a hermit living in a cave. It would literally be "off the face of the earth" and a lot cheaper. :)

1. create a new identity.(it better be fake but believable)
2. change continents , while becoming proficient in the local language. once you do it, you switch cities. for example..you learn norwegian in oslo but you move to bergen, and make everyone believe you are norwegian.
cross frontiers by car or by boat.. they chek less., you have more chances of succeeding if you corss different frontiers wihtout seeing the face of a cop.
3. blend in wiht the local cutlure, this is the most difficult , people always bring their old ways...and get noticed as the foreign guy.
and differences are very subtle but very noticeable.. body language is key.
4. get surgery , and be prepared to pay extra for someone to change your finger prints.
5. make sure you get your face changed or at least a little modified in its structure.
before biometrics become the rule.. once this **** starts youll be recognized just by the size of your forehead by computers.
6. move to a place where people look somehow like you or move to a third world country but make sure you have plenty of money to bribe people in case you gret caught.
7. never stay in palces of less than a million people.. youll get noticed.
the other way is the legal one..
hire a lawyer and a good accountant. they can help you do some of the steps mentioned above but legally.
