Take a BIG hit of "Crack" as soon as your Alarm clock rings. Then, repeat til your bank account is drained. That's what I did & it worked. I didn't sleep for 11 years! Yawwwwwnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!......I 'm tired. I'm goin' to slee.......................................

Unplug Alarm clock and take batteries out. Take apart alarm clock and trace the wires for that small and pointless speaker.Cut only the speaker wires at the speaker.Find an car speaker.Match red wires and then black wires.Put alarm clock back together.Set alarm for test then when it works properly set the alarm and place across the room.Becarefull may wake whole neiborhood.lol

if u can, go to bed early. then in the morning, set the alarm and try to put next to u, a bar of chocoalte or sth u really like to push u on waking up. set a favorite song to play on ur waking up, use ur imagination. let the alarm be a real noisy sound so u don't fall asleep again.

lots of rest. try reading a book before you go to bed. get on the same schedule going to bed the same time. pray to God for a good nights rest.

Set your alarm clock, and if you have a coffee machine set the timer to start brewing right before you wake up. The smell should help get you up.

same problem...when i have to wake up early,i use too pillows to be in a kind of standing position,i set on my alarm radio that wakes all the neibours,my cell phone alarm,always open storages so the light can come in,go early to bed..what else to do..

Go to bed an hour earlier then you normally do, it really helps. Even with an alarm clock, your body is what tells you to get up.

Go to bed earlier (If it's a big jump in time difference you may have to back it up a little each night). Try to stay on the same sleeping schedule. Set an alarm. If you always get up at the same time, after awhile you may start waking up without an alarm. Don't hit the snooze button. I found I feel better if I just get up when the alarm goes off.
