Geo	If your penis is hanging loose and you urinate no urine touches the penis or your fingers. Really, now if the foreskin is not pulled back a little or in old men the penis is retracted and urine does get on the skin of the penis then of course we wipe away the urine. mandm68	It's a matter of preference. I do wipe, and not because I have a foreskin which is plain crazy as some on here think. It's because I have tubes in me, and it just don't drain properly with them in and I don't want a big urine spot showing.
