Scobill	I an my then group of friends all started around 12 , even if we didn't really understand what we were actually doing at the time . Proper masturbation to orgasm and ejaculation will normally start early in puberty , however the early efforts will have little seminal fluid as this takes a bit more time to develop . The simple answer is that like most things all of us develop at differing rates , so even if most of your mates are already masturbating and you are not , this is not a problem . You will probably experience nocturnal emissions (wet dreams ) around the same time which is the body telling you that you are approaching sexual maturity . ?	It is true you spelled it wrong. My son is 5 and he is curious about it. I started when I was about 8 or so. Masterbation is cool, because you don't get any diseases, you aren't hurting yourself, you give yourself pleasure, and it feels good, because you control it.
