It is absolutely possible. Shrinkage is normal and erect penises are very different than flaccid ones. But, on the other hand, all guys think they are HUGE. but it could easily be triple the size erect than it is flaccid especially if you were in the pool and it was cold because it shrinks more in the cold. Don't worry about it.

If he was in the water there will be shrinkage. The water is cold so his penis will be a lot smaller than usual. If he is 2 inches without being in the water I say it is small then. An erection of a 2 inch penis will probably be around 4 to 5 when hard.

The structure of penis is somewhat like sponge..when blood is pumped into it..it becomes huge(at least two to three folds).
Becoz of cold water of pool,the penis of ur bf became small.

Right a few things here. You can either be a 'grower' or a 'shower. Growers appear to have small penises whe flacid but they grow a lot when erect. Showers look really big when flacid but it doesn't grow as much when erect. Overall both types end up abput the same size when erect (about 6.5 inches is the average).
Also, was the water cold? Because that makes it shrink.

2- Yes - it can grow... even like 3 times the size of normal when it is erect.

Shrinkage is real when water hits a flacid penis it can make it pretty small. When they are warm they are larger flacid but fully erect will be much larger. You obviously don't spend much time with them.
