Does he smoke weed or drink liqour. IF so he needs to lay off. He's to young to be peeing blood. Tell him to drink lots of water, flush out his system, eat vegetables, and go to the doctor. That's not good at all.

He probably got nailed in the stomach. Call him and ask if he'd see a doctor and you're concerned for his well-being. :)

He needs to see a doctor. He may have a bruised kidney. Does he play sports. Does he hidrate enough. At least 8 glasses of water a day. And it could be something worse. So get him to a doctor only they can tell the cause. Meanwhile make sure he drinks plenty water.

Could be a couple of things. A stone, an STD or a kidney infection. Did he get hit in the kidneys recently? That could cause it too.
Any way you look at it, he needs to get to a Doctor now! It could be a very serious thing.

That's a bad sign. He should get checked out.
It might be a bladder or urinary Tract infection, but he might also be having some problems with his kidneys.
Also, it might JUST be dye from something he ate (or from a vitamin he took), but it's better to get checked out.
