Broken Tiger.	I'm not a guy but i bet being kicked or punched in the balls would be the same exact pain as if you had labor pains. Gary S	Most horrible experience ever. First few seconds after impact are an absolute shock to your system... agony. Like being winded kinda only with more pain. sexy prawn	the balls are incredibly sensitive and even a graze is excrutiating! but a full on hit will result in a very large amount of pain in the lower abdomena and testicular area all the feeling in your body leaves your extremities and is focuused on sending the message PAIN from your nuts! there is no pain like it Was this answer helpful to you?
