Robert S	12 years old is to young for either sex to be dating. That's one of the problems in this world. Kids becoming adults at a far to early age. They can't do their math questions but they can produce more kids which they can neither provide for nor offer moral support. They are still thinking as kids themselves. How can they teach their kids to be adults when they haven't experienced adulthood themselves. a 12 year old boy is quite capable of impregnating a female in ovulation. jayb	I'm a 46 year old parent of three. There is nothing good or right about your brother's relationship. I believe it is also illegal. Even if both are minors and the relationship is consensual, if there is more than 3 years difference in age, there is a problem. Let your parents know about this, try to talk to your brother, and take the gloves off when it comes to the 17 year old (you didn't say boy or girl) - say or do whatever necessary to get her away from your brother.
