Wertbag	Shaving doesn't cause the hair to grow longer and thicker, its an old wives tale probably started due to guys having course spiky facial hair. Cutting hair does not change the genes and does not change the folical, it can't therefore have any long term change. The only reason for guys to cut leg hair is if it has some sporting benefit (eg swimmers, cyclists, kickboxing etc), otherwise it will be just a long process with no gain. Kim	Ok, if your hair is blonde, it will be blonde when it grows back after shaving...it may be darker when it first starts growing back, but it will be blonde. Its not much of a big deal if your leg hair isnt that noticeable as you still have it so who cares?? Tbh from a girls point of view we dont really notice or care if a guys legs are really hairy or not.... Leg hair grows quite quickly and i think it would roughly take about 3 maybe 4 weeks to grow back.... but it may be different for men..... shaved legs do grow very quickly though thats why us girls have to shave so often!! If it's thin and blond now there's a good chance it will be the same when it does grow back. Shaving does no affect hair growth in any way. Your legs will grow hair however they were meant to regardless of weather or not you like it. It may take a few more years before you grow more, darker hair. Shannon	The whole thing about shaving your legs and having the hair grow back longer and thicker is completly false. Many people say that because after having your legs shaved for a long time and you let it grow back, the hair seems longer because you havn't actually seen it for a while. If you still want to shave your legs and try it- i would first suggest not letting people find out you did it. Girls don't want a guy who shaves his legs even if it is a one time thing hair grows back for different people at different rates, by three days you would see the hair and by a week-two weeks the hair will be completly back to its original form hope this helped!
