Its alittle much but you shouldn't have the problem I've got then.
I only have 10 teeth in my own mouth left.

No it is not. Its good that you are taking care of your teeth, but overbrushing can wear the enamel off your teeth. You can also irritate your gums that way. Chew sugar-free gum after meals, like Trident, to help keep plaque build-up at a minium

It's very obsessive compulsive, and you might damage your enamel coating on your teeth, but morally i see nothing wrong with it.

No, it definitely isn't!!! It's nothing but misuse. The floride in the toothpaste is all good to destroy the teeth's natural enamel. Even if you brust w/o toothpaste, the bristles of your brush will destroy and weaken the enamel.
And practicall speaking, are you really going to brush 20 times a day?!

that is not good ... you can actually brush the enamel off of you teeth just as you can with a hard brush or brushing too hard.
Not a good idea.

That does sound like obsessive compulsive disorder, my friend. I suggest visiting your dentist to see how much damage you may have done to your tooth enamel. More importantly, you should consult a mental health professional to find out how you can get your life back. For more information about OCD, check out this link.

No. Twice is more than enough, If you brush too often, and with toothpaste, you will wear away the enamel and they teeth will rot and drop out. It sounds like you have a mild case of OCD.

You have time to brush 20 times? You will scratch your enamel, your gums will become really hard, you'll waste water and use your toothpate about 10x faster than normal. Not to mention you'll need a new toothbrush every 18 days. (If you need to replace a toothbrush every 3 months and you brush your teeth twice a day.)

Its a sign of obsessive compulsive disorder. If you are brushing your teeth at least 20 times a day then it is distracting you from your normal daily activities. OCD can cause a person to do many strange things such as clean there house multiple times a day just for seeing a speck of dust...opening and shutting doors multiple times....counting objects....washing hair multiple times a day....bathing multiple times....it can even cause hording and collecting of useless items...books, papers, trash, animals. It can affect and disrupt daily activities. There is treatments for it. You should consider asking your doctor if it is normal.

It is obsessive compulsory disorder as per psychologists I think. Besides you are likely to lose your enamel and have to spend a lot of money on your toothbrushes and paste, if also use the same. Had that been healthy and all people will fall in line and the toothbrush industry and their sister concerns in toothpaste business will flourish like anything. If you still like to go ahead, do so, but for god sake don’t brush too vigorously. Sometimes certain things we can’t resist. Sounds better than drugs, chewing tobacco and smoking sticks.

studies have shown that brushing more than once a day robs your teeth of their natural hard layer of enamel so it does more harm than good

If it is not interfering with daily life then sure. Otherwise it sounds like you may have OCD. You might want to get that checked out.

Well that's a bit obsessive....I would say 4-5 times a day would be just fine. Make sure to floss your teeth as well since that makes a big difference.

It's quite excessive. You only need to brush them two or three times a day. With the amount you're brushing them, you're more than likely removing the enamel from your teeth.
