i'm 21 and have been noticing that i'm changing.. i'm getting more chest hair, my voice is becoming deeper and my penis has grown about 2 inches over the past few months.. how is this p...

i'm 21 and have been noticing that i'm changing.. i'm getting more chest hair, my voice is becoming deeper and my penis has grown about 2 inches over the past few months.. how is this possible?? when i was 19 the doc said my bones were fused so i wouldn't grow anymore and i was depressed about having a 4 inch penis.. now my penis is 6 inches... is theresome sort of hormonal problem or something???

Tintin	if you're getting taller also go check with your doctor 'cause it may be some problem in the pituitary. As for the penis... are you serious?

TaYLorbAbbY <3	Shortage of hormones when you were younger. Now your hormones are kicking in and it is ki8nd of like you are hitting puberty now. Dang, 6 inches..yummy =] Hahah. Just Kiddin. But congratulations! Your in puberty my friend!!!

Kathryn M	A lot of men have a growth spurt between age 20-25. My husband is a perfect example, he grew 2 inches in grad school at age 24. It's normal. Just because your "bones are fused" doesn't mean you're completely done. It's a good thing!

Dima	mind over matter, you put ur attraction power on changing and it worked for the better, its possile. if you are sick and you think u are not sick u cure yourself, that is how or bodies were desgin to function.

eric w	Goes to show that doctors are not all-knowing. You are having a late growth spurt and a late puberty. Good for you--you were worried about being too small, now you got your wish and you have grown---what more do you want? Yes, it's unusual, but not completely odd. If you continued growing, then it might be a problem, but it seems to have evened out rather nicely.

gG+Db	Late bloom, nothing is wrong with you. One of my friends grew 2 inches taller when he turned 26 and was talking about he started getting hair on his chest too.

Harry	Don't worry about it stranger. I was 19 when I was drafted into the army (that was way back in 1968.) I got out when I was 21 and that last year I found similar changes to my body. Just enjoy your added inches.

abdul	seems like you had a shortage of the hormones before. and now it just came on full blast. ask for a checkup with your doctor again.

It's rare and very improbable, but sometimes people get unnatural growth spurts from genetic alterations, caused by several different possible sources including mutation. Again, that's HIGHLY unlikely, but whenever you feel your body is doing something that just isn't natural for you, ALWAYS check with a doctor as a first-hand rule. Always pays to be safe than sorry.
