I agree, you need to get rid of the internet, it makes it too easy. Limewire, or just searching yahoo without safe search, it's too much temptation. Just like an alcoholic needs to stay away from bars, you need to stay away from your sources. Internet, strip clubs, porn stores, off limits. Can you imagine how unsuccessful an alcoholic would be if he had a fully stocked bar and a bartender on staff 24/7 in his living room?

Every time that you find yourself going to look at porn, force yourself to do some thing that is so difficult for you that it requires your total concentration. It won't be easy at first, but as time goes by you will find yourself thinking less about the porn.
Another option is to have someone take your computer for awhile. Or have them block the sites with a password known only to them.

Find out the root cause - you are totally wowed by the female form. That can go too far when you see photos as objects. If you had an incredible girlfriend, you would probably not lose interest.
On the other hand, a lot of the porn industry is about domination and physical abuse. That leads to some awful stuff. Jeffrey Dahmer, the guy who would have homo boyfriends over, kill them and eat them, said it all started with an unhealthy interest in porn.
You need to figure out where you are going with it. If you are truly amazed by the female form, make sure you see the real thing as often as possible. If the real thing isn't doing it for you, you need to get away from it cold turkey as fast as you can.
