Just like an alcoholic needs to stay away from bars, you need to stay away from your sources. Internet, strip clubs, porn stores, off limits. It won't be easy at first, but as time goes by you will find yourself thinking less about the porn. Another option is to have someone take your computer for awhile. Or have them block the sites with a password known only to them.
