I'm not sure what an *** is, but if you ferquntly flex the muscles that you use when you urinate, it'll make a big difference in your ***. Promise, It's in MEN'S HEALTH, and it really works. The best part of this is that you can do it as ofteb as you want and you'll be the only one that knows hoe you did it. LUCK TO YA.

I just got this exercise last night from a friend of mine that's in the army and is also a boxer. It's called an "iron Mike". Take a Broom and rest it across your shoulders with your arms resting across it (like a scarecrow). Then lunge forward with your left leg until your knee touches the ground. Hold it for a few seconds, then go back to your original standing position. Repeat with the Right leg. He says to do 4 sets of 15. Good luck!!

do lunges by walk and touch one knee Barley on the ground and alternate between knees so they go down to a 90 degree angle and start out doing that for about 100 yards

lunges, and move more often. Eat a healthy diet, and only eat when it is time to eat, no snacking :) Drink plenty of water, and I am pretty sure clentching them together works too. If you look at your lower torso you will see that one side of your bum is attatched to the leg. Your bum is pretty much just your leg.

You could simply squeeze your bum cheeks like you were trying to...(for lack of a better word or phrase) hold yourself so you won't go on yourself. If you do it in a chair and do it well enough, you will even lift yourself up in your seat.

Actually there are exercises that target just the buttocks, such as squats, thrusts, stairclimbing, and one called the butt walk.
No this is not someone walking on your butt. you sit on the floor, raise your legs up a bit and actually scoot along the floor by using only your butt muscles. You will be surprised at how firm you can get in just a short period of time.

There are lots of options and you can work your butt.
With a barbell... try squat, lunge, step-ups,stiff leg deadlifts, side lunge, split squats, rear lunges, bent knee good mornings.....
On a cable ... lunge, squats and step ups, standing hip extentions
With dumbells .... lunges, side squats, split squats, step-ups, squats ..
With lever .... 45 deg leg press, deadlift, hack sqaut, lunge, seated leg presses, split squats, standing hip extentions and squats....

Sit up on the floor with legs straight ahead of you and arms out at shoulder height and use your buns to walk across the floor. My mum does this and she has buns of steel.

i do not know the answer to your question, sorry, but i would like to tell you that you must stretch 1st. At a softball practice my bottom started to hurt when i ran, and i found out i pulled a muscle in my left glute. IT HURTS!
