I wouldn't shave it if it looks nice on you and if i did i wouldn't do it until i felt like i just had to because once you start shaving you will have to shave from now on or let it grown out ...but if you really want to shave then a triple blade razor is best there are several brands to choose from also shaving cream has many choices also go with the ones you can best afford usually the more expensive ones are better but both will work ...wet the area then lather the shaving cream apply to the area to be shaved (don't apply it to thin ) and take the razor gently against the grain ( the way the hair is growing from the lip edge toward the nose ) and repeat on both sides and repeat again if you do it to Gentle but harshly the first time could result in a nick and bleeding but a time or so and you will get it right ...also after using a mild lotion to help with razor burn if you use after shave some of those will burn a bit on a freshly shaved area. good luck

Best idea is to find a spot on your body that's always covered by clothes, and use some shaving cream and a razor to do your first test-shave. Then go-for-it on your face. Go slow to avoid cutting yourself (oh, don't use a crotch-region for your first test-shave!! Ouch).
Good luck! You can't really get this Wrong!

First wash your face with soap and water. Second place your upper lip inward your mouth and your lower lip inward too. Kinda place your lips in your mouth maintaining your mouth closed (like you don't have lips). Add shaving cream to your mustache, and with a razor shave going against the hair growth. With every stroke rinse the razor in water. Repeat until you get the desired look. Then apply after shaving lotion.

Ok shaving is the best way to go.
Take the razer, a good quality is best but not too expensive.
Then from 1 cm over the part you want shave lather shaving cream with it, make sure it is a thinner layer.
Then (do not press hard) bring the razor down your face slowly.
When you are done put some after shave on

You can ask your mom or dad or a brother to show you how.
OR: you just wash your face with soap and warm water, apply the shaving cream, let it sit there a few minutes to soften the hair, and then shave it off. Use a fresh, new razor (a dull razor is more dangerous than a sharp one!) and shave in the same direction as the growth. After you shave off all the hair, rinse off the rest of the shaving cream and pat your skin dry. You can apply an after-shave cream if you'd like, but it will burn if there's alcohol in it.

Take a butter knife, and get some shaving cream, and gently rub.. wait-- that's how the Amish did it..
Go to walmart, buy a razor, and rub it gently against the blades along with your skin.
