lmnopmc@sbcglobal.net	coke is out of your system relatively quickly as for the marijuana, unless you were clean when you smoked, 2 days is next to impossible exercise - sweat and burn fat. urinate and poop frequently. drink gallons of Green Tea and Cranberry juice. sorry, but i dont think you can do it in 2 days. you'll need to buy some detox from a headshop. garyp8178	it actually depends how much marijuana you have smoked and how regular you smoke it. i have known plenty of people that have passed urine tests when smoking. plenty of water, Cranberry pills, Niacin pills, or there is this drink called ready kleen that may help!! hope you aren't a big 'ol pothead because none of these are a guarantee. i say lots of water and Niacin pills. then shortly before your urine test take th ready kleen and cross your fingers!! good luck dude. Angel	i don't know how to clean--it,,,but i know if you eat a lot of poppy seeds...like in a cake, that would make the drug test positive!!so if you eat them and make a positive than you can dispute the test!! or if you re clean that way you can make the test positive,, he he ha ha...how do i know that? my friend loves poppy seeds and had to take a test for a place he worked...this guy is as clean as can be!! and he go a positive...there was a big fight about that test..they retested him a cupple of days later... he was clean, then go to go back to work... Moose	If your having a drug test done, most places do not do the old standard of letting druggies, pee in a cup. They do hair samples now. Depending on liver and kidney function Cocaine metabolites are detectable in urine within 4 hours of intake and remains detectable for up to 8 "days" after use. Detection in hair is possible in regular users, until the sections of hair grown during use are cut or fall out. Cocaine is a Central Nervous System stimulant. It effects can last from 20 minutes to several hours, depending on the dosage of Cocaine taken, purity, method of administration. Concentrations greater than 150ng/ml for up to 8 "days" after use. Random drug tests are done with a witness observing the urine drop. If the urine test comes back diluted the person tested is considered suspicious. The labs are able to detect by color or strength if the urine has been watered down. Vinegar has high amounts of acid in it, and is detectable. Any juices in large amounts will also show up. I have yet to know anyone who has gotten a drug clean-up kit and used it, and had it work for them. If anything the drug clean-up kits are the things that got them caught as positive. She-Ra	If i am not mistaken, I think it takes about 2 days for Cocaine to get out of your system. Marijuana takes about a month. The only thing I have ever heard of to clear that is to drink vinegar, why that works, I don't know.
