Hi, I suffer from a very VERY dry helmet, would rubbing some E45 cream into it help?

Jason K	It doesnt matter if your helmet is dry - whats important is that it is hard and does not have any cracks in it. Its very important to wear your batting helmet - you wouldnt want to get beaned with a fastball. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Susie	If the seal on the E45 is still intact, I would imagine it is safe to use on your helmet. I can understand your concern. Try rubbing the cream in for a while, say 5 or ten minutes. Take things slowly at first as your helmet gets accustomed to the relief. Quicken up after a while when the cream moistens things up. That should ease things and make you feel sooooooooo much better.
