Get your Testosterone level checked- simple blood / lab test. If it is too high you may run a risk of other problems as well. Good idea to see a Urologist or your family dr. and use protection if not for std's -avoid another pregnancy. Some STD's take time so you could have been exposed and not know it. How do you afford all the kids? If you are on medications look up the side effects.

Anti-depressants can help. Do a google search on controlling sexual urges. A Psychiatrist would help with medications, and therapy to teach you how to control the urges. Masturbate frequently (in private of course). You really have a serious problem that needs addressing ASAP! Good luck!

I would not blame your wife leaving you unless she has the same graving sex as you have. It sound like you are not having much sex with your wife and it could be because you are cheating on her. Want to stop just masturbate or get a ******** from your wife. Sex has to be important to both spouses. She may be slacking off because you play around with other people. Second, I have no clue how u could stop, unless, of course, u go to a counselor or something, he/she could be able to help you...
Oh, and another way is self-hypnosis, it is used by ppl who want to stop smoking, so it might be used for this, just read a book about it....it might work! it's just a way to go deeper in yourself, and try to kinda convince yourself that u HAVE to stop and that it 's an EMERGENCY!!
