I'm 73 and still get them (Sometimes after drinking lots of coffee) it can happen 3 - 4 times per night. Tell them to be careful they don't get tripped up in the scramble for the toilet.............. Cool Dude	Yeah, it's normal, usually starts around puberty. It's a combination of hormones and the pressure of a full bladder. Boys can't urinate and have a full erection (or ejaculate) at the same time. It may be the body's way of keeping us from accidentally urinating in our sleep. Your guy friends shouldn't be discussing this stuff in front of you at your ages, by the way. They need to mature a bit more and start regarding you as the young lady your are.
