malko	Absolutely. Whatever your age is, you should behave like it. But it doesn't mean that you should be missing all the fun. It is still fun being 50, I suppose. Well, even if there is no fun in being 50, try to feel a little younger. the most important here is how you feel inside. If you are happy and content at 50, you feel it inside and it will radiate outside. It will have good effect on your skin and on your outlook in life, and you will look younger. EMT Geoffrey	Not if you want to live for a long time. The really old people who I take care of who are healthy are the ones who are care free and refuse to "act their age."
