No, they come in Small (which are hard to find), Regular, Large, and Extra Large. Start with the regular. If its too tight try a bigger size, if its too loose, try and find the small.

the basic ones are. some may be a little more snug than others.
if you need the extra room, try a magnum. a little bit bigger
on the other end of the Spectrum, they used to make mentors which had a little adhesive at the base to keep it on even if you were like a Broom stick in a hot air balloon.
