trinilim	Nope, I don't recommend you lose any weight. In my average-joe-male book, you're right around the exact weight that I'd find most attractive. Believe it or not, most guys don't want a 100 pound bag of antlers. If you're worried about the small "muffin top" you have when wearing tight pants, don't be. Not only is it barely noticeable, but it's actually quite attractive in a way. It gives you very nice curves, something a lot of women envy. Sorry to hear about your health problems, but it sounds like you're taking good care of yourself. Keep it up and you'll live a happy, healthy life. And if you push yourself to jog, then slowly, over time, you'll beat asthma and RLD for sure (RLD is a stupid invented "disease" anyway, you just have energy to use), and probably the fatigue. I'm not trying to be rude, but if you are really as "self conscious" and feel as "huge" as you claim you do, then you would not be posting pictures of yourself in a bikini.
