Jez	I don't agree with that size is what counts. The best sex I've ever had was with a "small" guy. Its what you do, not the size of what you have. If you really want to grow, keep in mind that its a muscle. Muscles grow when they are exercised. Ask your doctor, perhaps, or do a search on what kind of exercises you can do.
