Thank goodness I have never broken a bone in my body.
I fell down some concrete garden steps a couple of years ago, and all I got was a very bruised face and leg!.

Fainted and broke my nose aged 12.
Hit by a car aged 19 (bounced off the bonnet and went straight over the roof) Bruised on my forehead and from hip to ankle on both legs. Couldn't walk very well for a week. Very lucky not to have been killed or break any bones.

A foreign lorry jack-knifed into a hire car we had completely writing it off. I had to be cut out the car and taken to hospital with several broken ribs but the worst effect was that now when I see a lorry approaching, I go into panic. Spoilt my driving possibly for good.

I've never broken a leg, somehow. I've had plenty of accidents though, from an epic rollerblade crash down a hill putting a huge cut on my leg, to crashing my bike, to twisting my ankle skateboarding. Pretty much anything with wheels besides a car, and I've crashed it.

I was in the Gulf in 91 and was hit by a piece of stone which had shattered after being hit by a round,It hit me in the throat,It did that much damage that i had to be intubated on site and died on the stretcher but was re started by the medics. After 3 months in hospital went back to the gulf, just doing tidying up ops.
Got a cracking scar though,my very own war wound.

I havent, but one of my best friends was in a car accident 6 monthes ago. Her friend was driving, and they were hit on my friend's side (she is 17). Her aorta was ruptured, and her pelvis and femur were broken. She has to learn how to walk all over again. She was a great athlete, and now she has to start from day 1. She will start school in a few weeks in a wheelchair. She is lucky to be alive.

car crashed into our motorbike 5 years ago, smashed leg, had 5 ring frame on for 3 years, in wheelchair 3 years, got bone infection and had 1" removed, severe nerve damage, chronic pain, got to have spinal cord stimulator implanted. The crash itself was horrendous, knew car was going to hit no matter what we did, and its true that your brain takes over - as car got closer, my leg went numb from knee down so when it actually hit i didnt feel it. got thrown 30 foot, helmet came off, very lucky no head injuries. Was in hosp for a month, 3 surgeries inc skin graft in first week. Still have chronic pain, on crutches, cant sleep, doped up on painkillers and nerve pain tablets. I broke both bones in my right leg, one in 4 places, the other in 3, sticking out at top and bottom. Not particularly nice accident.

♥ I was in a car accident with my family.... a drunk driver hit us We had to be cut out of the car and taken to the hospital. It was veryyy scary! I suffered a severe sprain to my upper back and severe strain to my lower back and neck. It's been almost a year since the accident [[September 14]] and I still have back & neck problems. My mom hurt her knee, ankle. My brother & his friend were relatively unhurt except for some cuts, bruises & soreness. My mom & I's seat broke and sheilded my brother and his friend. My seatbelt also broke and if my brothers friend wouldn't have grabbed my shoulders and held on for dear life I would have been out the back window. I think God the crash wasn't fatal, but it was near fatal & I dont think I'll ever be the same. It affects my driving, me being a passenger, I have panic attacks, etc.

When I was 8 I was pushed out of a tree and broke my arm, broke a couple of teeth and injured my neck.
Last year I injured my ankle and was told I chipped a bone but 3 months later they discovered that I had fractured a couple of bones and had been walking on it for ages

Nothing horrible for me. However both my kids were in bad car accidents when they were 24.
My son had a concussion, glass embedded in his head. A broken femur & a messed up knee.
My daughter was ejected from a car when it rolled. She broke her neck in 2 places, her pelvis in 2 places, some ribs, severley depressed her skull, torn spleen, nicked aorta, separated ribs, knee damage, brain injury, deafness in 1 ear, severe road rash, nerve damage in her arm, gash over her eye. That happened almost 2 yrs ago, and she is doing very well. When she was first taken to the trauma centre, we were told almost everyone with her injuries dies in the first 24 hours!

I slipped down the stairs at work (5 steps, concrete) and broke my back in 4 places. That sucked. It wasn't like my spine was broken in half but the lumbar region was snapped off three in a row near the waist and one below the middle of my back. This was on January 13th and they're finally replacing those stairs with steel grated ones which won't hold ice.

I fell down the stairs at home and broke the tile at the bottom with my head. I fractured my skull in 3 places, was in a coma for 4 days and suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. They say that 80% of all accidents happen at home. I am statistic now.

I've had a very critical injury that broke half of my body physically and the other side neurologically.
No details, I am not cool with people getting their thrills off my pain. Just know I spent 8 months at the hospital and had to learn everything over from breathing, to walking, to talking and writing. I was having seizures and amnesia. It was difficult and I went through a lot of pain.
