Wow! Don't be freaked out. Stay calm.
Try to move your hand. If it hurts too bad, you should apply ice and visit a doctor within the next couple days. It's probably just a sprain.
If you can't move it at all, it's very likely you broke it. See a doctor immediately.

I am almost positive that your hand isn't broken from hitting a pillow. If it is then you should probably up your Calcium intake or something for weak bones.
Seriously...how old are you? Why would you even post this question?

If it's red and swollen and it just happened, I would suggest putting ice on it for 20 minutes and 20 minutes off for a couple of days if you can. Keep it elevated. Call you doctor and see him/her on Monday to see if it's broken, or more likely -- sprained. After a couple of days, alternate between heat and ice (15-20 minutes each) to improve blood flow to the injured area, increasing nutrient flow and enhancing recovery. Always start with ice first to decrease inflammation.
Anyway, if you're really concerned, call your doctor on Monday. And how the heck did you hurt your hand on your pillow, anyway? :)

signs of it being broken would be that you can't move it, if it swells, you may see bruising. if its just a red mark, and you just hit it on a pillow, you're probably ok. put ice on it, wrap it, if you can, and elevate it.

I don't think that your hand is broken, unless it still hurts to move it after a couple minutes. If you are still worried, go to the doctor, but don't call 911 since even if its broken, you don't need to go to the hospital unless it is bleeding.

If you hit a pillow I'm pretty sure it isn't broken. If you can move your hand then its not broken.

lol, if you can move it all around its not broken. If you can move it around but it hurts, then you might have sprained it if not then its just a bruise. Chill out. Yes, the red mark will go away.
