If he hasn'nt had a pooh and its still up there, go to hospital immediately as this causes constipation, his colon will get blocked up and he will be very very poorly. Either way, go to hospital. It could be causing a blockage which means he can become quite poorly - poo comin back through the small intestine and up- not nice.Also if there are any sharp corners or pieces on the car could cause tears in his rectum.
