You leg will not have had the usual muscles working while the cast has been on. Shouldn't be too much difference. It will soon go back to normal.

proberbley becuase the muscel wont have bean used so it will look smaller but when you start to use it again it should get back to normal

It will get back to normal once you start exercising it again through regular movements and weight bearing.

yes it will be skinnier because the inactivity has caused the muscles to atrophy when you begin to use it and build them back up they will become normal again

Yes, you will develop some atrophy, make sure you follow the Physical Therapy regimen they give you after the cast comes off.

Yes it will be smaller because you haven't used those muscles but it will go back to normal once you start working it like the other one.
I had ACL surgery on my knee and I had a cast from my hip to my ankle and couldn't move it at all. I had to go through 4 lovely weeks of therapy and lost 70% of the muscle in my knee. It looked so gross...but I worked it out through therapy and by going to the gym after my 4 weeks was up and now I am back to normal.
Don't worry, it will go back to normal. no worries.
