Do not do something that you will end up regretting. You seriously injury your self besides just breaking your leg. You could have problems for the rest of your life.
Try to talking to counsulors or your parents if you explain your problem to them they will help you figure something out besides hurting yourself.

You should not try to get out of doing PE, it is part of your education and is not negotiable. That aside, if you simply "forget" to take your kit to school, or give a note with a valid reason to be excused, this will be much less painful than deliberately breaking your leg, which is very silly to try.
There is no guarantee that your attempt to break your leg will be successful. The leg bones, particularly the femur, are very strong and well protected. It is more likely you will injure yourself in some other way.
Breaking your leg is silly for so many reason. 12 weeks in a heavy plaster cast, which you can't get wet. No proper bathing for 3 months. Struggling to get upstairs, use the loo etc.
I think you better think it out again.

for gods sake, a lot of people don't like doing pe, but everybody has to. If you don't want to do judo then find another sports club and ask your parents if you can do that instead, or (if youre desperate) pretend to get really worked up about your schoolwork and say you need a break from judo to catch up on homework, coursework, whatever. If you are really sick of football and dance say youve got youre period for a bit and then you will have had a break from them: when you come back it won't be so unbearable. You don't want people to call you stupid and you want to break your leg as an excuse .... how does that work? you really could injure yourself, ruin your life, and by the time you get some perspective on the situation you might be in a lot of pain, in a wheelchair, or with a blood clot or something. You really will regret it. There is something seriously wrong if you are happy to jump out of a window rather than confront your parents.

Grow up. Throwing yourself down the stairs may not only break a leg, it'll probably break your neck, then you won't have to worry about walking at all... ever!

Gosh, why would you do that?
Its much easier to pretend to hurt your ankle, go step on a nail... minor compared to breaking a leg... Please dont do that.

Don't do it. Judo you can stop if you want to - tell your parents you want a break from it, and explain that you've made the decision. As far as the dance/football/P.E. stuff goes, we all have to do things we don't like doing in life - just get on with them and look forward to the next thing you do enjoy doing.
"Don't call me stupid because you don't understand" sounds like a cry for help to me - are you being bullied? If you are being bullied during PE or whatever, you need to talk to a teacher about it, or your parents. Are you sure it is the PE that makes you unhappy, or is it some stupid insecure idiot (or idiots) that are making you unhappy during PE?
Nothing in life is worth harming yourself to this degree over. You really could end up with an injury for life doing this. Or worse. You'll leave school at some point, and your parents will no longer be hassling you to do the things you don't want to - it's not forever. Be strong and before you know it, it won't seem a big deal anymore...

Do not do this. While trying to just break your leg you could injure your spine and something more serious could happen. Like maybe paralysis!!!

why not earn some money at the same , go to your local money lender an t borrow £1000 or so. Don't pay it back and he will break it for you, Sounds ridicules , so is your question , talk to the people about how you feel about doing things you don't like , they will listen eventually , if you do break your leg it will mend eventually and you will be back to square one

You don't want to do football, dance or judo. What's not to understand about that?
Why don't you just tell people you don't want to do it?
I'm not quite sure you realise how much breaking your leg would hurt, or how much permanent damage it might do (like splintering the bone and puncturing your femeral artery, causing quite a messy and unpleasant death situation.)
It's not a good idea for lots of reasons, but the main reason is that if you break your leg playing football, dancing or doing judo, you can blame someone else and get compensation!
You didn't think of that, did you!?

You need to see a doctor, and tell them about your issues. They might give you a note to get out of sports, and they will probably send you to a mental health professional. Harming yourself is not healthy, no matter what the reason. There are other ways to get out of sports.

Can you not just say 'no' to football, dance etc?
Better than a broken leg and falling downstairs is not very wise. You might break an arm, your back, or worse.

To be honest, throwing yourself down the stairs may break something else! It sounds like you are being pressured to do stuff that is no longer fun for you. I'm sorry. I can not in good conscience tell you how to break your leg. If I were you, I would just quit not matter what my parents say and take the consequences. It's better than throwing myself down the stairs. Are you over weight? If you are then this is a really pathetic way of getting out of exercise. If you are not, then stop being so lazy! Everybody has to take PE!

Is there any other way to get out of it? A bad sprain even.
How old are you? You may need to sit down and have a good talk to your parents about exactly what you want and like in life.... and make it very clear!

You are stupid....first because you clearly do not know how to conjugate a sentence ( I know you don't know what that word means...further proof that you are stupid), and secondly because apparently you are unaware that not only will a broken leg hurt more than anything you can imagine, but it can also kill you if the splintered bone severs an artery.
Quit being such a drama queen and grow up.

i think instead of breaking your leg you should consider hitting yourself over the head with a baseball bat.
As its obvious you don't need the use of your brain and you can at least still walk!

I will call you stupid.
Even if i don't understand that's what you are.
Do you realize how many complications a broken leg can bring.. Fatty tissue from the marrow entering your bloodstream for example can give you thrombosis. That's just 1 of many.
Edit..
Look kid , whatever you do don't hurt yourself , jeez , even i you play hookie when it's gym at school that's much more sane than hurting yourself.
Skipping school on pe class is as far as i can go , it will send a message to your parents and teachers too that they're pushing you too hard.
If you don't end up in hospital from breaking your arm , you will end up in the psychiatrist's office !

o.k. I won't call you stupid, I do understand, I was a registered Nurse, you are pathetic, go ahead, but don't be surprised if this ends in your death or serious debilitation & not just a couple of weeks off.
Just tell your mum how feel, she can make you go to these classes but can't make you take part.
