Do not buy any packaged foods nor eat out. Have all natural fruits and veggies along with meats fresh from the butchers. Do not use a water conditioning system in your house. Drink only distilled water. Remember only 10% of the whole world's population is salt or sodium sensitive!! That advice doesn't work well for the rest of the population. When the ambulance people pick up a person for whatever reason, what is the first thing they do?? They insert saline drip!!!!! And yet we are all told repeatedly to avoid salt or sodium in our lifestyles!!!! |

2 gr sodium diet, is simply 2000 mg of salt a day. Just look the labels of your foods. It is a low salt diet. Many foods have have "hidden" salts, especially lunch meats, soups,and tv dinners. |

Erm lots of fresh vegetables and fruit! Dont buy anything procesed, dont boil them in salt, dont add salf to them. Eat fresh fish. Voila |
