Do not buy any packaged foods nor eat out. Have all natural fruits and veggies along with meats fresh from the butchers. Do not use a water conditioning system in your house. Drink only distilled water.

Remember only 10% of the whole world's population is salt or sodium sensitive!! That advice doesn't work well for the rest of the population.

When the ambulance people pick up a person for whatever reason, what is the first thing they do?? They insert saline drip!!!!! And yet we are all told repeatedly to avoid salt or sodium in our lifestyles!!!!

2 gr sodium diet, is simply 2000 mg of salt a day. Just look the labels of your foods. It is a low salt diet. Many foods have have "hidden" salts, especially lunch meats, soups,and tv dinners.

Erm lots of fresh vegetables and fruit!

Dont buy anything procesed, dont boil them in salt, dont add salf to them.

Eat fresh fish.
