Heart attack and what to do?
Well. I have worsening pain in my back, shoulders, arms and chest. I have terrible anxiety. I already went to the cardiologist many times. He said my heart was completely normal. I got obsessive and did checks every 2 months. As it seems it's not the heart, but what can I do about the goddamn pain that's only growing? What could it be? What Doctor should I visit for this pain?
Additional Details
I have 19 years. I'm very anxious. And sometimes my hand starts tingling. I can run up to 5 km a day. I don't know what is this. Some doctor said it was tension caused by the anxiety. I don't have anxiety now that I'm prescribed Alprazolam, but the pain still is there, strenghtening every day

Have you ever thought about going to a gastroenterologist? Perhaps the pain is coming from your esophagus or stomach. The pain can be extremely intense and sometimes very debilitating depending what the problem is. Have you ever suffered a back injury? Since they have ruled out a cardiac problem the pain has to be coming from somewhere. Has anyone done a neuro exam on you? When you have this pain have you ever tried an analgesic? It's great that you don't have a cardiac problem but still frustrating to suffer from constant pain, take care Donna

Try taking a little bit of stress out of your day each day, and that should help!

Buy a new mattress. The old one is causing the pain.

I assume you've had a stress test, EKG, and Echo, yes? If all those turned out normal, you definitely have no heart problems. You might want to check for circulatory problems if the tingling hands bit gets worse, but it may also be costochonritis in the chest wall (inflammation of cartilage) , or an esophageal problem such as GERD as well. Pain all over the place isn't anxiety >_>
