Donna B	Have you ever thought about going to a gastroenterologist? Perhaps the pain is coming from your esophagus or stomach. The pain can be extremely intense and sometimes very debilitating depending what the problem is. Have you ever suffered a back injury? Since they have ruled out a cardiac problem the pain has to be coming from somewhere. Has anyone done a neuro exam on you?When you have this pain have you ever tried an analgesic? It's great that you don't have a cardiac problem but still frustrating to suffer from constant pain,take care Donna Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Pibbs	I assume you've had a stress test, EKG, and Echo, yes? If all those turned out normal, you definitely have no heart problems. You might want to check for circulatory problems if the tingling hands bit gets worse, but it may also be costochonritis in the chest wall (inflammation of cartilage) , or an esophageal problem such as GERD as well.
