Is it natural to feel tired and listless all the time? I am puzzled as to why I feel like this. I do and try to execise each day but sometimes it is such not possible. Under doctors supervision, but he doesn't think tiredness is linked to my heart condition. Have had blood tests for anemia but that was all clear. Quite concerned as I see to have no quality of life these days. Not feeling sorry for myself would just like to know what is happening to me

If your arteries are partially blocked then the flow of blood is reduced meaning you get less oxygen pumping around your body! You should ask your doctor to arrange a scan to check the arteries around the heart.
My friend was tired all the time and he discovered the problem was blocked arteries. He had an operation to open the artery up and he is back to normal now!
Good luck!

My friend and I both have angina/hypertension and feel tired all the time, and reckon it is lack of oxygen. My doctor agrees and so does hers,

maybe you are not drinking enough fluid..my son suffers from the same condition (but not angina) you also need to make sure you are not overweight as that could cause tiredness or maybe its lack of sunshine
