AVOID the anti cholesterol propaganda

AVOID the red meat PROAPGANDA

You should eat NUTEINT dense saturated fat rich red meats and low gycemic index vegetables fruits

You should basically live like STONE AGE MAN

Roam (walk around roaming) and SPRINT with long rest periods between each sprint .

Lift weights too now and then

THIS is what we evolved to do

sprint no more than 2-3 times a week maximum Probably 1-2 is better

4 sprints or so with long rest in between 400 meter walk or more in between

HAVE ONE - TWO DAYS OF COMPLETE REST Just normal activity of living

FORGET cholesterol it is a SHAM

WATCH YOUR BLOOD SUGAR AND SEVERE STRESS.

If you are a healthy 65 year old you can add a good pure supplement to your diet. Read up on the www.antioxidants.mypharmanex.com, I know a healthy older gentleman who looks and feels great and feels it is because not only does he look after himself well but he also takes the LifePakNano and Marine Omega3, (the marine omega is very pure and harvested from the Antartic where it is virtually pullotion free). The LifePak is the first in the world to pass the top three Certification tests which include Banned Substances Control Group, NSF International and ComsumerLab.com, so needless to say, the most stringent tests in the world and they passed all 3. Their vitamins are synergistically formulated so each capsule has the exact same ingredients. And they are cheaper if purchased on an ADR or automatic delivery reward system. Check out the different products and see what you think. For you to care about the health of your heart makes me want to believe that you care about the health of your entire self as a unit - I hope you are looking after yourself properly. Be well. Cheers

Get a physical with a echo stress test to make sure you are in good health.
Loss weight if you need to (when I was doing my psychology internship in the cardiology department (long story) all the doctors like weight watchers best for this...
Ask your doctor if you are healthy enough to walk 30 mins per day - and walk fast enough to get your heart rate fast enough.

Eat only a few ounces of meat in any meal
Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables.
Decrease use of Butter, Milk (except skim), and Cheese

reduce stress - there are lots of good books on this....
have at least one good friend you can share things with - personal things.

Laugh more - it really is good medicine.
