I would go for the first one.....somebody - very seriously by the way -told me that some women before all the modern developments opted to never have sex again.....and never did...did not want to get pregnant and having to suffer the pain again. In another way to look at your question: Being kick in the nuts is worse because Birth is a wonderful thing. And being kick in the nuts doesn't accomplish anything constructive.
