Well usually about 6am on days that I have to work.... but if its on my day off, and I have a chance to catch up on some zzzzzz's, then, well, its more like at 7am, then at 9:30am, and then later at 10:45am! And then after that... I will get up, have some coffee, and get the day underway, feeling absolutely and blissfully refreshed!!!! : )
