Mer-Dory - (Queen of Doryland)	Hold it above your head (hold it straight up), leave it there for a while, when it's stopped a bit then you put a plaster (band aid) on it, if that still doesn't work try holding it in the air again, then run it under cold water, then stick it in the air again and THEN put a plaster on it. Tina	Wash your hands well with soap and water, if available. Put on medical gloves, if available, before applying direct pressure to the wound. If gloves are not available, use many layers of clean cloth, plastic bags, or the cleanest material available between your hands and the wound. Have the injured person hold direct pressure on the wound, if possible, and elevate the injured area. Use your bare hands to apply direct pressure only as a last resort. MRJS	Liquid Bandage works like a charm. It does a lot of things at once. It stops the bleeding. It prevents infection. It bridges the gap from one skin edge to the other.
