first off have you seen a doctor about this? And have you been upset or depressed about anything? Or you may have a vitamin defencecy. But most important you should go see a doctor and have some blood work done to see what is causing your problem. Or if you are pregnant this will cause you to be tired all the time also.

Either you're overworking yourself and not getting proper rest or you're not doing enough and have the princess syndrome (where shopping is considered exercise) :0)
Stress can cause one to feel a constant tiredness. Use your brain alot? take a break. Get off the puter, get some fresh air. Then come back and see us.
Also, it could be a medical or diet problem but you seem like the stress type.
>>the others are right, depression (a mental thing like stress) can take a toll on the body. Hope you aren't depressed either. Do something you like to do to get those endorphins flowing. Let us know how it turns out. Oh yeah, if you drink alot of soda then stop. Drink water.

Your sexual fantasies of a threesome with me and jaejae are manifesting themselves into a physical reaction. You need to sleep because it was wild, uninhibited, pornographic, lengthy, and downright physically demanding!

Love that the yahoo trying to be funny spelled Downs Syndrome wrong, anyway as I plex on the sad commentary that is this unfortunate life. Sounds to me like you slept too much. It may be that your body is reacting to the changing climate. Also, lethargy can be brought on by many everyday things and at this point does not require a magnetic resonance imaging scan, unless, your family is predisposed to cancer. But I'm sticking with you slept too much. Good job!

Are you sad? You sound a little sad. Maybe you should try to get out of the house. I always feel better when I get out in the woods. Go hiking or just go to a park, sit on the bench and watch things. What’s bothering you? I’m sorry if you’re sad.
I’ve been there too, if feels permanent, but it is only temporary.
If this is the case...Chin up! Your not alone as you feel.

I think your doing great. Maybe it might be what your eating or have you been drinking allot of soda or maybe too much sugar. 12 hours of sleep is too much. That might also be a reason. By the way eating in the morning is imporant and don't eat late at night.

wow, it could be so many things. Stress, overwork, lack of exercise, or a genuine disease like Epstein-Barr Syndrome (though I doubt it). Do you work out, or exercise? Or have some fulfilling hobbies/interests? Having rewarding things to look forward to and accomplish can make a big difference. It helps to seperate the day into work/play/eat/sleep. Just an idea.

well, of the previous answers the "go see your doctor" is right, as are the "it may be stress," though the two right above mine, well, not so much
I happen to have the same problem, though I doubt its for the same reason (5 yrs ago brain surgery, yadda yadda), but it could be a physical problem.
Or if could simply be depression. Low level depression can cause sluggishness and tiredness, and a general blah feeling, without being overly "depressing."
Turns out I know about the depression things too, but I'll spare you since it's your question.

Does it coincide with your period? If you sleep too much, you will mess up your body clock. Get out and get a little exercise. If this doesn't work, get the blood work done. It could be iron deficiency, blood sugar, Thyroid levels. Too many climaxes a week can take it's toll as well. Lay off the sex for a day or two. Eat some fruit and veggies.

i get this way some times to , it could be boredom that brings it on ..
i just get up and move around , find something that interest me .
or a big cup of hot coffee (addicted !)
some times 12 of hours of sleep is to much !
proven fact that you can sleep longer and still feel more tired than if you had only slept a couple of hours ,,
just depends on what your body is used to ..
ok , i hope you didnt fall asleep reading all this !! lol

You could have spells of depression from time to time. I've felt like I had no energy before and depression was definitely the cause of it. Mine was consistent though. I hope it's not depression and that it's just boredom cause boredom is way easier to deal with.

Have you felt like this for longer than just today? If it is just a one-off than you are probably just bored and need to call a friend and talk, or get out of the house and get some exercise and fresh air. However, if this has been going on for a while or is a recurring condition, than you might have a medical condition that requires immediate attention from your doctor. Depression, Diabetes, Stress, iron-Deficency....many others could be causing you to feel the way you do. An imbalance of seretonin levels in your brain can cause "depression-like" symptoms. What ever the cause, only your doctor can help you determine it and can work with you to find the solution!! Please don't wait to seek professional advice, the longer you wait the longer you'll feel this way. Best wishes and let us know how you do. Take care! :)
